Registration

Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the conference’s scientific program and other IEEE NSENS 2025 activities.

The registration deadline for the conference is March 2nd, 2025 (2025.03.02).

ALL presenters and attendees have to register online.
Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors must register for the conference before Feb.20, 2025. Each registration is allowed to upload up to one paper. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
Extra Page Charge: Papers with 4-6 pages are free of charge. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 175 per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
Student Registration: Student registrants must send relevant studentship proof document which indicates your full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status to . Please include [STUDENTSHIP] at the beginning of your email’s subject line.
Attendee Registration: If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, please enter 999 in the paper ID field when completing the registration form.

50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before Feb 26, 2025.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Feb 26, 2025.
