Important Notes

ALL presenters and attendees have to register online.

Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the conference’s scientific program and other IEEE NSENS 2025 activities. 

The registration deadline for the conference is February 20, 2025 (2025.2.20).

Registration Policy

• One Registration covers only ONE accepted paper.
• Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 175 per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings (Note: Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages).
• One Registration includes one ticket for the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet.

Cancellation Policy

• Application for cancellation of registration must be completed by contacting conference personnel before Feb 26, 2025. A refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 25% to cover administrative expenses and any related transaction fees.
• No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Feb 26, 2025.
